Refund policy

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Celluchi Fino reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit/debit card information and all your selections are correct, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses, updating your address or changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
