Shipping policy

Domestic shipping 

Please allow us up to three - ten business days for us to process your orders. Once your item has been shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

Taxes are applicable and will be presented to you while checking out. 

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates yet.

International shipping 

Please allow us up to three - ten business days for us to process your orders. Once your item has been shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

International shipping is subject to additional duties, taxes and other custom fees. 

Please note that Celluchi Fino has zero control over the traffits or custom fees.

Celluchi Fino ships to more than 15 countries at this moment. You can choose your shipping country while checking out.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates 

Canceling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the shipment phase. To cancel orders please contact us. You will be notified once your order has been canceled. Please give us two weeks to process your refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within the two weeks time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

Celluchi Fino is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items in transit once the order has been shipped from the warehouse.
